i have always loved you, but i will no longer buy your pasta sauce...
because i will always make this perfect sauce:
sweat 1 sliced yellow onion in olive oil over med.hi heat
add 2 cans whole peeled san marzano tomatoes
and a handful of fresh basil.
cook over med.lo heat about two hours.
add more fresh basil...
then puree until smooth with an immersion blender.
